About Me
My name is Lynn Kvidt. I am a native of Grand Forks and a University of North Dakota graduate with a degree in Marketing. I relocated to the Twin Cities, obtained my Minnesota Real Estate license, and was employed by Dayton's buying Offices and Midwest Federal Savings & Loan. I returned to Grand Forks and was employed by First National Bank as a mortgage loan officer. I also taught Real Estate finance at University of North Dakota and was a licensed insurance agent. I am a graduate of the North Dakota School of Banking and past treasurer of Forx Home Builders. I have taken courses from the College for Financial Planning, H&R Block Tax School, several appraisal courses, and am an associate broker at Greenberg Realty for the past 35+ years. My expertise in the banking and financial planning industry includes insurance, investment, taxes, rental property, land development, new construction, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and all types of real estate transactions.
