I’m Lynda – with a Y. I was born in Boone, Iowa, and raised on a farm. I moved to Grand Forks years ago and got involved in local community activities and embraced my new home. I have been selling Real Estate with Greenberg Realty since 1994, covering Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, and the surrounding areas. It has been a pleasure working with buyers and sellers, helping them reach their dreams. The people I have met along this journey have enriched my life.
My belief is in giving back to my industry, so I have been on the Board of the Grand Forks Area Association of REALTORS® and have served as President twice. I am involved and have chaired a variety of committees, including Education, RPAC, Public Relations, Program, and By-Laws. I have also been on the State Board of Directors. It was an honor to receive the Agent of the Year award in 2015 and 2019. I am also a multi-million dollar producer.
On a personal note, I am married to Tom Hartmann. Between us, we have 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 13 beautiful grandchildren. My hobbies include dancing, bike riding, UND sports, playing pinochle, and traveling to visit grandkids. I am a very lucky lady. I found a profession I love and have family and friends whom I treasure.
