Drawing on years of expertise in residential, commercial, and land sales, Ms. Kvidt excels as an associate broker with Greenberg Realty, where she began in 1986.
In this capacity, she leverages her considerable experience in banking, insurance, investments, taxes, rental properties, land development, new construction, 131 tax-deferred exchanges, and all types of real estate transactions to locate properties and negotiate transactions for her clients successfully.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Kvidt gained valuable expertise as a mortgage loan officer for First National Bank and as a real estate professor at the University of North Dakota. An expert in her field, Ms. Kvidt completed coursework through the H&R Block Tax School and the College for Financial Planning. Subsequently, she expanded her knowledge by graduating with a BS BA degree from the University of North Dakota.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with several organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Home Builders. In conjunction with her work, Ms. Kvidt contributes to her community.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms Kvidt has been named Agent of the Year on many occasions and earned numerous Top Listing and Sales of the Year Awards. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in previously working as a banker, real estate professor, and designer/developer. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her success to her reliability, straightforward nature, honest communication style, and family support.
Within the coming years, Ms. Kvidt intends to use her expertise and knowledge to improve the quality of the real estate industry.
