This area is so beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. Just updated the look of the home. As you can see by pictures it still needs some work, but would be a lovely 2nd home right by the Canadian Border to get away from it all. Had a local plumber look at the plumbing and he stated it would need a new water heater and new plumbing lines totaling 3k in repairs.
