About Me

I'm Lynda - with a Y. I was born in Boone, Iowa and raised on a farm. I moved to Grand Forks years ago and got involved in local community activities and embraced my new home. I have been selling Real Estate with Greenberg Realty since 1994 covering Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and surrounding areas. It has been a pleasure working with buyers and sellers helping them reach their dreams. The people I have met along this journey have enriched my life. My belief is giving back to my industry so have been on the Board of Grand Forks Area Association of Realtors® and have served as President twice. I am involved and have chaired a variety of committees including Education, RPAC, Public Relations, Program and By-Laws. I have also been on the State Board of Directors. It was an honor to receive the Realtor® of the Year of 2015 and 2019. I am also a multi-million dollar producer. On a personal note, I am married to Tom Hartmann. Between us we have 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 13 beautiful grandchildren. My hobbies including dancing, bike riding, UND sports, playing pinochle and traveling to visit grandkids. I am a very lucky lady. I found a profession I love and have family and friends who I treasure.
