Hello! I am Rita Schuster, and here is a little background about me in case you are looking for a Realtor.
I have been licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota, listing and selling property full-time since 1984. I was also the sales manager at Greenberg Realty for over 20 years.
I have been fortunate in my career to be awarded North Dakota realtor of the year in 2011 and the Grand Forks Realtor of the year in 2011, 2007, and 1981, along with multiple other awards. Along with listing and selling, I have actively participated in the Realtor association meeting locally, Statewide, and Nationally.
Buying and selling real estate is a great personal investment opportunity. You need an experienced agent to guide and counsel you through the process. I am dedicated to working with buyers and sellers using my skills, knowledge, and experience and expertise to help them navigate their transaction with ease and success.
I have lived in the area my entire life, growing up on a nearby farm and graduating from UND. We enjoy taking in local and regional activities, including UND sports, local theatre, and concerts, and taking in visits to local lakes.
